Update 0.79

Small update with some bug fixes and minor new features. 

New features!

Fps viewer (you can see your fps with a toggle in the settings menu)

Fps viewer toggle (the fps viewer toggle in the settings menu)

Bug Fixes!

Changing fps works (caused by setting the game to v-sync so blocked the setting of fps )

This update was small but 0.8 will be large with some big changes,  some capability to implement those features are inside of 0.79 but un accusable as I didn't expect to make 0.8 a large as I am planning.
